Cooney was the next circle out from Hunter and Archer. He knew Hunter was selling influence, but I don’t know what evidence he’d have, other than hearsay. Maybe Hunter admitted it to him, bragging at some point, but that, in itself, wouldn’t be proof.
Cooney is still two degrees from Biden. He’s need to provide who-what-when-where-how and why of Biden meetings on Hunter’s clients’ behalf, and there would have to be evidence to back that up.
If there are e-mails cc’ing Hunter Biden with any details about pay-for-play that would normally be enough.
I often wondered how Hunter Biden escaped charges with both this guy and Archer got snagged.
