His Charlottesville is a two-fer because the “good people” reference is to those standing in defense of historical monuments. Donald Trump said in that same press conference that the Left would not stop at the Confederacy and would be coming to tear down statues of Washington and Jefferson “because they owned slaves” and they have.
And the media still continues to lie by omission.
The destruction of statues is not popular in this country. The majority opposes it. But that reflects poorly on the Democrat party. The DNC brownshirts are the ones out there vandalizing this nation from coast to coast.
Call them Antifa, call them BLM, call them Obamajugend (MMM). Joe Biden and the media still insist that there are
good people out there destroying this nation with violence and killing Trump supporters in the streets and cemeteries.
He said there good people on both sides of the debate on whether or not the statues should be removed and he condemned the extremists and very specifically said he was not talking about the white supremacists as they should be “condemned totally.” There is nothing in that press conference that could even be interpreted as meaning he was saying there were “good people” in the extremist groups. Yet it is a lie that has permeated for 3 years.
