Well his family and attorneys will d all they can to lesson the penalties.....but he’s defiantly not going to walk anytime soon......He’s 30 now 15 yrs at least his best years will be in prison....45 when he gets out I doubt his young wife will wait around since they just got married and had no time to solidify their marriage..

Exactly. He sure as hell was not de-escalating the situation. Like was said, he was trying to “make” the news.
Strapping the gun to his body, to me, is premeditating the use of it. He was not in fear of his life, he wanted to kill someone that day and was given the opportunity.

I think you are right and I think the victim was the intended target all along. He was well known to the reporter in question it has been previously reported.
