I have no objection to the Russians and Chinese being a large test group for an unproven vaccine vs a still not understood virus
I think they now have 3 vaccines, at least.

I agree. That’s almost the exact same sentiment that I was going to post.
They help us with all three outcomes.
If they are successful, they slow down the global spread, including some of which would come here (although we have plenty here by now, it will help).
IF the are not successful but the vaccines/therapies are harmless, no harm to us either way.
If they are not successful but their vaccines prove harmful, it may give us pause not to rush in with ours any faster than we are already being cautious.
Guess no one has the answer, eh?
Give the Russkis and Chinese all of them!

The dam is starting to break, on mass vaccinations.
Worldwide, over 100 vaccines for COVID-19 have been in development. The first (Russia’s Sputnik V) was approved for use in August. The big candidates in the West, including leading American candidates are on the verge of approval - possibly within weeks. Informed speculation is that the USA might have three major vaccines approved and shipping by the end of next month.
Between the election and inauguration day, the USA is likely to deliver tens of millions of doses of American vaccines.

Sadly, I think that's possible... maybe a 20% chance this was an intentional bio-attack by crazy people in China who want to expand to countries that are NOT hellholes...
