Is Twitter a platform or publisher?

Wise up yourself; SM seek platform protections but act like publishers with there bias/editorial discretion while being immune to lawsuits (Unlike other publishers with editorial discretion which you are arguing for). You cannot have it both ways, especially being subsidize by tax payers' dollars (PSA, FEMA, NOAA, etc...)

The way to fix this is sue right NOW.

When they try to dismiss under Section 230, argue (and rightfully so), they’re misusing Section 230 as a publisher, and are therefore no longer under its protection.

Get Lin Wood to ask for several $$$ Billion in damages.

Simultaneously, get the FEC to charge them with election interference.
