I do not even have to read the article to know that Frum does not detail any Trump actions that Constitutionally meet the charges he makes. Just like the Dims saying things like “our democracy is in danger”, nothing precedes or follows such statements to back them up.
Charges, charges, charges, allegations, allegations, allegations - and not backed up by facts, just accusations.

Guardrails? I suppose that means all the “reach across the aisle and give more and more incremental control over to the progs” *compassionate conservatism* shtick? I don’t really know and neither do they, IMO.
Or maybe it means a weakened executive, a powerful (D & RINO-controlled) Congress and a rubber stamp Judiciary?
