I don't think it does. Drudge is downplaying it, and the msm has not yet touched the story.
I bet the Majority of Americans have not heard of it and may never hear of it.

All major news outlets are burying it. Even with plenty of corroborating evidence, and the Biden campaign saying “maybe, but it was just in passing and informal”, the media are “putting a lid on it”. The never Trumpers at Politico are taking it a step further by claiming, believe it or not, “This is a Russian disinformation operation”. That’s right, they are marching out all the same tired “experts” to claim this is 2016 all over again, and the Russians are helping Trump.
