If it had came out in early 2020 the RATs would have a different candidate.
Not that they had a distinguished field, but they did have a field. With the connivance of the media who knows what might have happened? Finding someone as provably corrupt as Joe might have been a tall order. If I was on the DJT team and knew this back then I would have filed it away for an October surprise.
