Poll workers in this state (open carry, shall issue) are not allowed to carry. *sigh*
This entire publication and the comments on it is loaded with conspiracy theory gloom and doomers!! Color this thread suspect!
I early voted in person yesterday here in Nebraska. My stress level has been mounting over Nov. 3 and wanted to make sure I got my vote in in case something happens on or shortly before Election Day. There were lots of folks there in my conservative county exercising their civic duty. It only took a few minutes and I am feeling a sense of relief for getting it done. I did my part to try and make sure I am not represented in Congress by the absolute moonbat Kara Eastman.
A sign that apathetic Republican couch potatoes are waking up to what will be their fate if Trump loses?
That confirms that your vote is/was counted! That is the way to vote!!
That’s not what I’m talking about!
Prove your statement! Assumption is life’s lowest level of knowledge.
This is a measure that peoples minds are made up and just let them vote already.
And to think that there was going to be a second of three debates tonight. Apparently, people arent waiting to see the results anymore.
They just want it over. They just want to vote.

Hill only won about 10 but they were population centers as I see it.
This method of cheating was discussed often when the issue of mail-in voting reared its ugly head. Even Trump’s people discussed it. If you weren’t paying attention, it’s not my fault.
I think the uncertainty about the level of voter fraud in PA has got the Trump campaign looking anew at Main, Nevada and 2 other states (totaling 22 EV) to balance off the possibility of a loss in PA.
I will deliver to Republican neighborhoods. I do Doordash
Not much need for "conspiracy theories" when local progressive activists are openly posting their intentions on various blogs. They assume that all their readers are like-minded. By-the-way, that is a mistake we make in this forum as well.
It is good sense to pay attention to expressed threats and take sensible precautions. Voting in-person, and voting early looks to me like a sensible precaution, depending on the location. YMMV, or course.
I wish things were different - but they aren't.
Pity. OTOH, probably one in 10, maybe one in 8 of the voters here will be carrying...
What were you talking about?
Lackawanna is polling 52-44 Trump this time around.
If I need to wait for hours to make sure my ballot makes it to the ballot box, I will! Voted by mail in 2018. Will not do so again. I live in a heavily GOP area. Too easy for ballots to disappear, knowing 80% of them will be for Trump.
Can’t say! But the fact many voters will be packing is a good thing. It is not the only way to guarantee safety.
A lot of mail just seems to get dumped.
Absentee ballot is Ok, POTUS said so himself BUT .... further action is required.
Absentee ballots are not a problem because they must be requested meaning an actual voter is likely behind it and receiving it.
But once it’s mailed in, the absentee voter must check that it was received and accepted for counting. This was encouraged by POTUS.
1. Mail in our vote.
2. Check that it was received and accepted.
There are two ways to check it was received:
1. Go to your polling station and ask if your vote has been counted. If not, then vote at the polling station,
2. Check online if your vote was received and accepted to be counted.
The problem with general mail-in voting is that the ballots are generated from the voter rolls and the voter rolls are not clean. For example, where I am in WA State, one of my neighbors received a ballot for a family member that moved to Hawaii more than ten years ago and still lives there.
