The Obama administration let a Democratic p.r. company that worked for Ukrainian energy firm Burisma take part in a conference call about an upcoming visit to Ukraine by then-Vice President Joe Biden, e-mails obtained by The Post show.

December 2015 is where Ukraine got the 2nd billion dollar loan guarantee.
That story as told by Biden may have happened but it couldn't have happened where and when he said it did and it didn't happen in a 6 hour time frame in 12/2015.
Joe's story could have worked for 03/31/2016, but Joe did say it happened on a trip to Ukraine.

“I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. (Laughter.) He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time. “

Joe's story could have worked for 03/31/2016, but Joe did say it happened on a trip to Ukraine and Joe didn't travel anywhere on 03/31/2016
The 3rd 1 billion loan guarantee was with the Biden-Poroshenko meeting 3/31/2016 in Wash. D.C. and their combined statement is where it was mentioned that "President Poroshenko also noted his commitment to installing a new, credible Prosecutor General."
