In lieu of a formal debate, President Donald Trump has agreed to answer voters’ questions during a town hall program sponsored by NBC News on Thursday night.
The event will be held outdoors at the Perez Art Museum in Miami.
A formal matchup between the Republican president and Democrat Joe Biden that was scheduled for Thursday in Miami by the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debate was canceled. The commission shifted the format from a town hall to a virtual meeting, and Trump declined to participate.
Biden is participating in an ABC News town hall Thursday in Philadelphia.

Yeah, a town hall on OANN would be rather pointless. Makes sense. I just expect the MSM to sidetrack this town hall into something really brutal. If Trump is allowed to talk and get his points across, it might work to his advantage. I can’t imagine they can let that happen.

So the Liberal anti-Trump debate commission demanded a virtual event to save Biden. Yet both candidates are doing live events. How does this make any sense?

Question's I'd ask Joe:
"Mr. Biden, are you running for President or the US Senate?"
"Mr. Biden, can you name the Senators from Utah?"
"Mr. Biden, where's Hunter"

Now I think minds are pretty much made up already but even if Trump can win over a small percentage of NBC viewers (who will skew liberal), could be the difference in a state or two.
Good. I’m glad Biden is having one on the same night. The contrast of how both men are treated will be striking.
Bret Baier and Martha McCallum held a Town Hall with PDJT at the Lincoln Memorial. They used video questions selected from over 1000 submissions. The FoxNews never-Trumpers chose one pro Trump question, 3 neutral questions and filled the rest of the 2 hours with hostile anti-Trump questions. Trump did well but may have been shocked at the hostility. It was very similar to the hostility of the White House press room.
Why is he so fearless? Because he is armed with TRUTH and is on the Side of the Angels (and the converse).
