How many of them are in the hospital? Im so tired of them acting like getting Covid is a death sentence.
My daughter goes to Monmouth. She is hardly on campus this semester. I think once a week so the cancelling of on campus classes is negligible. But the hype is strong. She has not heard of anyone being hospitalized.
Then the panic was about the total deaths... which was understandable.
Then the panic was about total cases... because the numbers are 30x bigger.
And now the panic is over every possible positive test, which give the maximum possible numbers, and will never ever go away.
Did anyone else notice that, from the beginning, the graphs that were universally used were the "total cases", which can never show a decline... rather than current cases, or daily or weekly deaths.
How many of them are in the hospital?
The 319 college kids that got COVID? Probably none.
Now if their parents, grandparents, professors, or other older adults get infected? That's a different story.
