If we still had a Justice system it would be. But the Democrats have corrupted our Justice System along with everything else they touch including the medical profession with the virus scam.

Normally, it would be.
These days, however, democrat/soros-paid for prosectors don’t prosecute anyone whose opinions they value.
Now, if you’re an American who values life, or protects the innocent...they’ll charge/try and convict you for anything and everything.
