Absolute dates in law or Constitution = Artificial deadlines
Nurse Ratched Whitmer needs to be slapped with a lawsuit.
Scenario:
• Trump wins Michigan
• The MI Governor & Secretary of State FUBAR up the counting process
• Michigan misses the December 13 deadline for electors to vote
The result? Michigan's electors won't count and Trump is denied Michigan's 16 electoral votes.
There are only 7 weeks between election day and the December 13 deadline for electors to cast their vote.
With the Soros-backed Secretary of State (validator of Election) being a Democrat, that scenario is a sure bet.
There are actual laws on the books, passed by a real legislature and not just made up, detailing the counting and reporting of election results.
