I keep asking myself: How many times can the “experts” be wrong and why are they still considered experts?
Our experts are experts at venearal disease tracking and control.
Do they still teach “the boy who cried wolf” in grade school? They need to.

Not that I totally agree with that statement, but it gets a lot of play during those process improvement du jour rollouts.
