If [Dolloff] was operating as a security guard, it was in violation of the law.
.
.
They're lying. No way Pinkerton has an unlicensed security guard working for them for hire in Denver.
Owners last name is Peloquin. Maybe son from wife’s first marriage...?
.
.
Could be inlaws place, could be nobody and he lives there and helps with the land and animals for a trade off.
I mean, who cares.
unlicensed and armed! Pinkerton didn’t contract this dude out to the news station.
Well then if he gets off the Aubrey guys get off?
As for the victim..Do I think the victim was guilty....no....was he provoked by others prior to engaging with the guard..yes..( who have yet to be identified)....should he have been shot...no... Are there others involved that set this up...possibly.
As for the shooter/guard...Who knows what he was thinking when he encountered an already pi**sed off guy....clearly he wasn’t trained to handle the situation but he did pull his gun after the guy smacked him and backed away to cutlose with the peppespray cloud....then he crossed the line and shot.
Ist degree or manslaughter is going to put him away a long time.... what a mess he’s brought on himself and his family is an understatement. I think there’s going to be some interesting facts not yet revealed before this is over. From some reports he shouldn’t have had a gun to begin with.
+1
People in the community care. It's important to know if you have an insane person in your midst.
No question that he's being sent up the river to be Bubba's playtoy.
The bigger question is 9news. What's their culpability in all of this. We're about to find out.
Two things.
He wasn’t licensed in Denver to be a security guard.
He was reaching for something on the person of the victim when he got slapped. Link to pic in post #136.
The victim’s son witnessed the murder and can claim his own emotional distress damages. Non-punitive damages are $15-20 million.
Getting other info hw this went down....would explain why police said two guns were retrieved....
Doloff tried to take Keltner’s holstered firearm.
Keltner hit Doloff in the face to prevent him from doing so.
Doloff drew his pistol.
Keltner said, “Put it back [in the holster.]”
Doloff advanced as Keltner retreated.
Keltner sprayed and Doloff fired.
First-degree murder.
see post 152....
That might be close.
Is it standard for 9news investigative producers to wear kneepads on the job?
Note the empty casing 'in midair above the pistol'
The pistol was out BEFORE the spray was used ????

and the point is why did he even approach the victim and try touching ANYTHING on his person this security wanna be
Good find, caww.
SaxxonWoods, see the pic in post #157. You may be right about Keltner carrying a gun on his left side.
....Someone posted elsewhere that that is an unfired cartridge ejected from the pistol... That would normally only occur by racking the slide. You can see the explosive gases and smoke as well as the Mace
....How does an unfired cartridge get ejected when the person holding the weapon is not manipulating the slide? Both hands are clearly on the grip. Also note the slide is not fully forward.
....Its people who don't understand firearms. Its just the angle of the rear cartridge face. The gun cycled and is on its backstroke in the photo.
