For the average black person to suffer from an inferiority complex would require that he possesses a characteristic foreign to most - introspection. That lack of introspection, and of self-reflection in general, is precisely why jogger-rich is as representative of the demographic today as it was the day the expression was coined. They don’t have complexes - they have simplexes. They’re all id - raw aggression and arrogance personified. Note that this is an average - while megalomania is the rule, there are those who are introspective. My guess is most of these are Republicans.

No matter how you explain it, some sit in a sea of people speaking the same language as them yet they don’t know what many of the words mean (while the others do).
