He’s not been charged, common sense says he will, but if they want this warrior back on the street, they’ll just latch onto a different set of facts.

And he ends up with backpack wearing Kyle Wannabe Clark at a Patriot Rally, with those two standing over a dead man?
They don’t make enough coincidences for this to happen.
