Did you ever see that Simpson’s Little Treehouse of Horror episode where Homer fixes a toaster and it becomes a time machine and he goes back in time, into the Carboniferous or Permian? He steps on a small insect and then goes forward to his time where Ned Flanders rules the world? So he keeps going back and returning and the current world keeps weirdly changing? In one the whole family is rich and they’re going to Patty and Selma’s funeral (he’s so happy!) but leaves because no one knows what a doughnut is?

Well, people who go back in time to OUR time are forbidden to get out of their time machine/UFO for exactly that reason.

I keep harping on it because it is so crucial.The rats never stop they are 24/7 on all this stuff because if they don’t stay ahead the lose since they have nothing to run on.

I agree...Rats cater to to the emotional and fearful nature of their electorate. Thus, logic and common sense are are blunted to the point that even the Constitution is pushed from its rightful place in Rat voters' minds. Propaganda and innuendo are constantly used to poison the mind's of suckers who vote Rat. Just tonight on 60 Miniutes(of BS), Trump's one time ownership of stock in the company making Regeneron, used in his COVID treatment, was used for more innuendo.

Three Gorges is too wide to collapse at one time. One section could go, relieving the pressure on the rest, with little erosion at the edges of that section. Even shoddy reinforced concrete is not going to erode much. The effect would be a much bigger uncontrolled spillway but there would not be catastrophic flooding.

Another way it could go is on either edge. One edge has the locks, the other a hill. Both are earthen although quite wide.. Even in that case I don't think it would result in a catastrophic flood.

Number of named storms is not a useful metric. See http://tropical.atmos.colostate.edu/Realtime/ for better ones. 2020 is a bit ahead of average in most categories, but storms like Bertha, Dollly, Edouard and the one that hit Portugal would never have been named in the 90's. Some would not have even been detected before 1990 since they require the scatterometer that is still being phased in now. IOW, the naming of storms is changing and partly subjective and should be ignored.

I would recommend ACE. We are way behind 2005 in ACE.
