Bear spray is carried by most the good guys to keep the bad guys away from clubbing them. Why did the security guard shoot unless it is staged? Nothing in the pictures show any reason for deadly force.

It will be interesting to see how the D.A. handles this. The shooter should be charged with 1st Degree Murder. They had the nerve to charge Kyle Rittenhouse with 1st Degree Homicide for defending himself.

It’s pretty clear from that pic that the sec. guard and the 9news guy were harassing the guy about his pepper spray. He isn’t even holding the can of spray up like he has intent to use it.
And since when are sec. guards trained to take head shots?

wit aside, I’m waiting on the story to develop, there is a reason they are treating it as a homicide.

This sounds like a staged attack by a group of BLM street thugs hiding behind the media. The shooter has a tatoo that may be connected to them and the Black Guns Matter t-shirt guy was picking fights with Patriots.
That guy was trying to get a fight going and someone pull a gun to get shot in self defense by the “security” guy. Just like Portland.
