Beth Van Duyne (R) is a former City Councilman, and Mayor in the district. Candice Valenzuela is a Communist in the same vain as AOC. More outside money than God is pouring into this race. It is a very competitive race. The district is made up of parts of 3 counties. The Dallas County portion has been trending blue. I haven’t looked at the fundraising #’s.
