WTF?! The legislature always has ultimate power over the executive office!

Again - WRIT LAW has precedence at all times and any judge who took ls 101 KNOWS that.

The judge has supported anarchy and totalitarian oppression over citizens rights. (Let alone stealing an election)

There has to be a case heard in front of the entire SCOTUS to bring law and order to the entire nation. In order for that to occur judges must rule in negative ways so the case can be appealed to move it through the system to that level. Both the premise of the case and the defendant and those filing suit must be valid. Kagan has actually done the next step to achieve its ultimate goal. Full court hearing.
The governors have taken on more power than their office allows. It only can be rectified in the judicial system. It appears to be on its way.
