Well, okay. But every report I’ve read say no drugs were found in the raid. It would seem to me that if you are going to bust down a door at midnight, you should be very sure what you’re looking for is actually there.

In most states, including KY, one does not need to be ‘licensed’ to own a gun. Federal and state laws can and do preclude felons from possessing firearms.
