I love the fact that the 10th Amendment was the basis of the opinion. It’s the linchpin to limiting the federal government to only what the Constitution says the government can do.

The case is going to at least the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, perhaps to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Once Amy Comy Barrett is confirmed to the Court... interesting things may happen.
