Schoen arranged April 2016 meetings for Bielkova with national security professionals, including Ciaramella, at Pinchuk’s behest. NOTE: Schoen’s filing under the Foreign Agents Registration Act stated he didn’t attend meetings personally.....but that the meeting topic was “the Ukrainian progress in energy reform, and steps to be taken to increase energy independence.”
