The head of a Texas butterfly sanctuary says she and her family are being harassed by the U.S. Border Patrol for flipping off a boat full of agents...
Marianna Treviño-Wright told The Daily Beast that she and her son have been pulled over by the Border Patrol with increasing frequency. She says her husband has been stopped unnecessarily while boating, and claims that both she, her son, and her husband have been nearly run off the road recently by speeding Border Patrol agents. Agents often use their official cars to block access to her property and lock and unlock her gates at inappropriate times, she says...
Treviño-Wright says she is sure this is retribution because a Border Patrol officer told her shes on their s**t list...
a high-ranking Border Patrol official that Treviño-Wright has known for eight years conceded that Michael Banks, the senior Border Patrol official in the area, was upset with her over flipp[ing] off our boat guys months earlier...
So what youre telling me is that the agents and Banks both got butthurt because they expect respect? responded Treviño-Wright...
Treviño-Wright suggested to her Border Patrol liaison that your grown-ass men on the boat should grow a pair....
CBP provided a written statement saying that the National Butterfly Center is located in one of the busiest zones in the nation for both illegal alien crossings and narcotic smuggling, which is lacking much needed border infrastructure to prevent and deter incursions.

Well, no surprise that the remaining open gap is now getting a lot of activity (as many Freepers predicted).
Her rude and aggressive treatment of the Border Patrol, has not won her much good will either.
You can beat the rap, but you can’t beat the ride...
Pretty sure butterflies can just fly over a wall.
Is that a man of the cloth at the helm ?
She can’t make the connection between more border agents in her area and the higher traffic by illegals due to there being no wall.
To link cause and effect requires something approaching average intelligence.
Typical foul-mouthed lib beotch.....
What goes around, comes around.
“Pretty sure butterflies can just fly over a wall.”
Or in this case through it.
Good one!
This is one of those “you just shake your head” things.
“Is that a man of the cloth at the helm?”
Yep. A local Catholic priest/Activist (Father Roy Snipes), who got another gap in the fence for the old La Lomita Chapel. They will have a similar problem with more illegal traffic concentrating through their gap as well, but it is smaller and more open terrain, so it likely won’t be as preferred by narco traffickers and human smugglers as the Butterfly Center property.
“She cant make the connection between more border agents in her area and the higher traffic by illegals due to there being no wall.”
She will.
It is just getting started. Over the next year, dozens of neighboring miles will get walled off, and traffic will concentrate much more dramatically through the few gaps left.
He’s a priest in the way those skanks are “Press” at the riots.
And look at the hypocritical “cleric” driving the boat in his pretty little crime-enabling collar!
But you see, when the Wall is built in that little section - right up to her “property line” on one, and beginning again at her property line on the other side, all of the illegal aliens crossing in the nearest 50 miles will be funneled right across her now-squished butterflies.
Screw her. She revealed herself to sympathize with the Mexican invaders and runs the river. She should expect more attention.
zero sympathy
yet another woman thinks she should get better treatmwnt than she gives others.
They sound like lovely people.
I swear, no joke, we have an insanity/demon virus in this country.
