Probably less than 1/10th of 1%. Egypt isn't a radical Muslim or terrorist hotbed.
This spurt of births might have brought Egypt up a bit on the rankings of countries by their fertility rates - Egypt was ranked 55th in 2018.
Notice also in the link below that the top 24 countries in the rankings by fertility rates are all in Africa.

The U.S. official fertility rate is not even at “replacement” rate (only 1.7 and 2.1 is replacement rate), however that is not counting population growth via immigration.
Who said I counted them, I simply thought the population of Egypt was much smaller.
