When it is categorically proved that the guilty plea was illegally coerced by a politically driven criminal conspiracy, it had damned well better be dropped like a ton of bricks off a ten-story building, and the bastards who participated in the conspiracy to railroad an innocent man, including this judge, should be sent to jail for the rest of their unnatural little treasonous lives.
So there.
Beyond which, do I really need to remind you that the Obama Administration dropped charges of intimidation against the Philadelphia clown who stood outside a polling place in paramilitary garb wielding a billy club, after he had, IIRC, pled guilty and defaulted by not showing up?
All because the AG announced that no black people were to be charged with civil rights violations.
Right.
Because white people don’t have civil rights.
