Yes, most of his non-events only have about 5 people. Last weekend Bernie Sanders campaigned in NH for Biden. He looked out over the “crowd” and said “I’ve been to a lot of rallies but none like this” he went on to call it a “limited attendance event” from the video it looked like about 10 people. He had a very similar size crowd a couple of days ago in Michigan. When Biden and Trump were both in MN a couple of weeks ago, the headline was “Biden and Trump Hold Dueling Events”. Biden’s contribution the duel was a speech he made to 5 people at a union hall and stopping on a street corner and talking to 9 people. Trump’s rally drew about 4 or 5,000.

There really isn’t any Biden Campaign. The only semblance of a campaign is the one the media is running on his behalf.
