Biden and Harris won't technically ban it, they will apply so many taxes and fees and regulations that it won't make monetary sense to frack. In effect, they are lying and plying word games, Americans should reject these corrupt political ploys.
Biden's not going to 'raise taxes' either. He's just going to let Trump's tax breaks expire... that way we all pay more but it's not Biden's fault.
