The Department of Homeland Security on Tuesday announced that it had detained 128 illegal immigrants in a five-day operation in California last week, including those with convictions and charges for crimes including murder, child sex offenses and domestic violence.
Operation Rise, conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) between Sept. 28 and Oct. 2 in the Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco areas, nabbed 128 illegal immigrants. Officials said 96 percent of those arrested had convictions or pending charges for crimes including homicide, sexual assault, sexual offenses against children, weapons offenses and domestic violence.

If all illegals were somehow magically arrested in California, their economy would completely collapse.
This is for sure going to make Nancy Oelosi and the Governor of California upset. They have safe haven there.
DHS had a hold on general domestic raids to deport illegals during COVID-19, unless there was another serious crime involved.
A week or two back, they lifted that restriction, and have returned to general enforcement.
Arrest and immediately deport every one of these illegal alien invaders. They are despised. They are criminals. All are active pursuing criminal lives by being here illegally. .
They are still criminals-—They entered the USA without proper papers.
Wonder how many were recaptured after being released from prison due to COVID?

There is a problem with that and ICE officers run into every day. Say you have an illegal alien Mexican and he is pending charges for rape. He gets released by the state pending his trial and ICE picks him up.
The question is what should ICE do with him? If they remove him he gets to skate on the state charge there by giving him a 'get out of jail free card' by virtue of his illegal alien status. The victim never gets any justice and the perp gets a free walk.
If every illegal alien gets a 'get out of jail free card' I don't see how that offers any deterrence to other would be illegals not to cross or to him returning.
ICE does not have the authority, resources or bed space to hold aliens pending their state trials.
This is the kind of crap ICE has to deal with every day. Its a real pickle. This is why we need the wall.
Deportation just gives them a vacation to see their family. They will be back next week,

Their own governments encourage or even faclitate their criminal entry here. The governments of the countries this garbage comes from depend on the money these bastards pull out of this nations economy in the form of remittances.
In many cases if that money were to be cut off a good many of their countries economies would collapse.
