Ugh, this is bad.
But, as some have pointed out, the election is actually 51 separate elections. If 2500 likely voters are equally divided and they actually sampled 50 people in each state (and DC), then this is, in fact bad news, very bad news. But we know that several high population states, CA, NY, MA, NJ, IL are likely going to vote overwhelming democrat, because that’s just what they do.
There are some states that Biden is going to win. There are some states that PDJT is going to win. The polls that really matter are going to be in the swing states. If Biden is leading by 12 points there, then it is really bad news.
I call BS. You don’t get sudden massive swings like this without messing with the crosstabs.
Biden has been running one ad after another with that kind of messaging with zero response from the Trump campaign. Biden has painted a picture of himself as strong, competent, man of vision and accomplishment, etc. - whereas the message is that Trump has done absolutely nothing and indeed sewn chaos, etc. That's what people will believe when that is the only message they get. Campaign advertising is very effective - especially when there is no competing advertising.
I cannot believe that there are people who actually believe that Biden would make a good President. What leadership qualities has he ever shown?

The Left doesn’t care about leadership because real leadership means proactively managing problems, making difficult choices, and preparing for the future. Most Americans don’t really care about that; they only care about ideology IMO.
The election isn't between Trump and Biden. For all practical purposes Biden is a corpse that can move on its own. It's between Trump and the unTrump. When a segment of the electorate reacts negatively to Trump (his Tweets, his actions or whatever) they move away from Trump toward the unTrump. When things are "normal", relatively speaking, they move back toward Trump. We are in a phase of the cycle where due to media influence a segment of his moderate supporters are turned off. It's not irreversible. This wouldn't be problem any other time of the year, but now with the window to the election shrinking, he needs to be careful with this 'unstable' segment of voters. The only thing that will matter is how they are feeling on election day.
