The Second ‘Dossier’
One of the people they used to pass on these false allegations to the FBI was Jonathan Winer, then a U.S. deputy assistant secretary of state for international law enforcement and former special envoy for Libya.
Winer declined to comment for this article, but in a Washington Post op-ed in February of last year, he explained his meeting with his “old friend” Blumenthal. When the two met in September 2016, Winer had already met with Steele and was familiar with the contents of Steele’s dossier on Trump.
“What struck me was how some of [Shearer’s] material echoed Steele’s but appeared to involve After the Blumenthal meeting, Winer passed Shearer’s material on to Steele.
“[Steele] told me it was potentially ‘collateral’ information. I asked him what that meant. He said that it was similar but separate from the information he had gathered from his sources. I agreed to let him keep a copy of the Shearer notes,” Winer recounts.
He further states: “I did not mention or share his notes with anyone at the State Department. I did not expect them to be shared with anyone in the U.S. government. But I learned later that Steele did share them — with the FBI, after the FBI asked him to provide everything he had on allegations relating to Trump, his campaign and Russian interference in U.S. elections.”

Sid Blumenthal was fingered as the “chief propagator” of “a disinformation campaign” by ace reporter John Solomon.
BACKSTORY Sid Blumenthal was banned from US govt employment by Obama (although some think this is another of St Obama’s holier-than-thou ruses).
At the same time Blumenthal was pushing Secy of State Clinton to all-out war in Libya, suck-up Sid was privately pushing his business interests WRT contracts with the “new” Libyan government — a government that would exist only after US military intervention in Libya that deposed Qaddafi.
ITEM—Blumenthal was engaged in massive conflicts of interest since he was simultaneously (a) being paid by The Clinton Foundation, (b) paid by Hillary’s 2016 PAC organizers, and, (3) paid by businesses w/ interests in Libya.
If Secy Clinton knew all that, then her actions in circulating memos composed by Blumenthal were egregious. If she did not know, her recklessness is subject to US laws.
Blumenthal kept urging Hillary to bomb Libya b/c he had profit-making business interests predicated on a post-Khadaffi Libyan govt. <><> Sid cunningly used scare tactics——telling Hillary that Obama would lose reelection if the US didn’t bomb Libya.
Amazingly, the obedient Hillary passed on this information to Obama.....did O know it came from a person he banned from govt employment?
Remember, the real Libyan scandal is how the US wound up bombing the troops
of a recognized government without a ‘by your leave’ from Congress.

New Documents Show Clinton Conflicts of Interest;
Indicates a Clinton shakedown of massive proportions covered up by Obama for five years
Further confirming the need to “clean house” on the Clinton corruption scandals, we just uncovered 508 pages of new documents thanks to our historic Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking information about possible conflicts of interest involving the Hillary Clinton State Department and Bill Clinton’s various activities.
More than 440 pages of the documents were redacted either in full, or with only minor notations remaining. The documents were released as a result of a federal court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the State Department on May 28, 2013 ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-00772)).
The documents included an undated, unsigned memo entitled “Private Sector Opportunities for WJC” [William Jefferson Clinton]. The memo provided capabilities analysis of three companies with major investment interests in Haiti: Tetra Pak, Seaboard, and Cemex .
The documents also include a lengthy March 2009 email from Clinton Foundation Director of Foreign Policy Amitabh Desai to former Assistant Secretary of State Andrew Shapiro and subsequently forwarded to top Clinton aide Jake Sullivan containing the names of nearly 200 then-current and former heads of state to be invited to the 2009 Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting.
The list includes dignitaries from Saudi Arabia, which gave $14.5 million to the Clinton Foundation; Kuwait, which gave the Clintons between $5 and $10 million; Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar – all of which donated between $1 and $5 million over the years. In February 2015, the Washington Post reported, “A third of foundation donors who have given more than $1 million to the Clintons are foreign governments or other entities … and foreign donors make up more than half of those who have given more than $5 million.”
In July 2014, Judicial Watch released more than 200 conflict-of-interest reviews by State Department ethics advisers of proposed Bill Clinton speaking and consulting engagements during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.
The documents show that Mr. Clinton’s office proposed 215 speeches around the globe. And 215 times, the State Department stated that it had “no objection.”
The Washington Examiner published a report by Judicial Watch Chief Investigative Reporter Micah Morrison and Examiner Senior Watchdog Reporter Luke Rosiak which notes that Mr. Clinton “earned $48 million while his wife presided over U.S. foreign policy, raising questions about whether the Clintons fulfilled ethics agreements related to the Clinton Foundation during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State.”
It is a scandal that the Obama administration stalled the release of these smoking gun documents for over five years.
These documents show that Hillary and Bill Clinton’s machine sought to shake down almost every country in the world, from Saudi Arabia to desperately poor Haiti.
Again, all the more reason for President-elect Trump to launch a serious criminal investigation of the Clinton cash machine.
