Not long ago a Federal court in Pennsylvania overturned at least some,if not many,of the Executive Orders that their Rat Governor had signed regarding the virus. In a 60 page decision he stated,in great detail, just how many of them violated basic rights spelled out in the US Constitution. He also made clear that these rights don't just apply in good times...they still apply during difficult times as well.
Why isn't the general subject of lockdowns and basic Constitutional rights (US Constitution) before SCOTUS at this very moment??????

Because this case against Wolf was appealed to the Third Circuit and they will have to make a decision before anyone decides whether to take it to SCOTUS.
Courts have been frankly dragging their feet on this. They know all of this is unconstitutional, but feared headlines blaming them for a body count.
