Mail in is NOT mandatory. Hate to break the news, but mail in ballots are mandatory in NV. The legislature made it mandatory. Now you may be claiming that the act of mailing it is not mandatory, but that's irrelevant. 100's of thousands of mail-in ballots are going to be fraudulent and that's a problem.

Well, I WILL be voting in person as will Mrs rktman at a polling place of our choice between Oct 17 to 30th in Washoe county. Any unsolicited mail in ballot will shredded in the cross cut shredder. At least our votes may actually get counted. 😀🙌📴
