Whoever is smearing her most likely are McCainiacs or folks who support the International Criminal Court.
If Trump doesn’t support her or thought she was an obstacle he’d not spare any words saying so any more than he has with Comey... he wouldn’t need anonymous leakers to feed gossip to the press in order to be rid of her.
The left and the muslims have been after her for a while because they think she got rid of interrogation tapes of terrorists in the GWOT to protect CIA interrogators and psychologists from the Intl’ Criminal Court.
She is also part of Trump’s middle east peace policy so she has a target on her back for that too.
