I’m retired and have very few friends too...by choice. I’ll be spending Thanksgiving and Christmas with my oldest son. My youngest son lives in Indiana, and never gets back to New York State, so I usually visit him a couple of times a year. And I have to cook when I visit him.
One is a favor for the guy with a family....the other I'm just scheduled.
I live alone...with two dogs and some cattle.
