One of the advantages of having a CCW permit is that (at least in Arizona), you’re exempt from an FFL having to run a background check. They make a copy of your permit and away you go.
Really sad considering MA role in the early republic as the center of the arms industry.
And their response to British attempts at gun control.

No longer need a permit to carry concealed in MS - some of us still get the permits because we qualify for the ‘Enhanced’ permit which allows us to carry in more places - even on school grounds - and/or for reciprocity as some other States require permits for “visitors”.
I know many families where both the husband and wife have a License to Carry, myself included. Most of the couples I know attend church with us.
My wife and a female co-worker both got their License to Carry in May.
No permit required in NH for concealed carry.
Prior to moving up here, well over a decade ago (from NJ), I checked the NH gun laws “frequently asked questions”. The first question being What are the requirements for gun ownership in NH. The answer cracked me up: cash.
About 4 million new firearms sales in July, per NICS. Don’t have the numbers for August yet.
