There is a better way: competition. If we had a functional market in higher ed jokers like this would be out of jobs.

It comes down to the Supreme Court case of Griggs v Duke Power (1971), which outlawed the use of tests in hiring decisions if they had "disparate impact"(had fewer blacks passing than whites).

This resulted in companies requiring college degrees, in order to try to get some minimal amount of literacy in the applicant pool.

Get rid of that, allow companies to use tests for literacy, writing ability, and ability to cope with math, and the leftist university system collapses.
