Looks like a boondogle from left over problems from the Break up of the USSR. Armenia need to pull back, re-organize and secure Russian help. Only Russia can counter the Rise of the Turks. Maybe Pressure them in Syria? or Greece? Maybe a bit of Kurdish Terrorism can let Turkey know that the Neo-Ottoman Empire is just a fantasy in the 21st Century.
