China tried to corner the market some years back...it was why they were in Africa attempting to bankrupt African countries in exchange for ‘loans’ to help build African infrastructure. Africans were so stupid they thought taking help from China was the same as taking help from the United States... we help to help. Chinese help to gain control. The Chicoms must have stolen the Technology to get these rare earth materials out of the ground. Simply amazing what the Chicoms are doing.

I think folks are getting mighty suspicious of the Chicoms since they virtually had nothing in the 1970's and now we have H. Bush, the Clintoons, W. Bush, and the Idiot Non American Piece of Work Obama gave the Chicoms everything they needed.
