The voting and harvesting ruling is a total scam.
Progressive group sues progressive SOS in court of a progressive judge. SOS loses and does not appeal. In other words the fix was in.
Furthermore, the judges ruling disenfranchises all the voters who voted for the representatives who wrote and passed the election laws. All in the name of “Protecting democracy”. How stupid is that?
Finally, the voter/harvesting ruling should be void now because the supposed emergency was illegitimate per this MISC order.
Correct on all counts. The MI SC should have tossed the hack judges ruling the next day. We wait. I don’t know if the Mi GOP has appealed it or not.
