Trump needs to start a new party. The GOP appears to be a lost cause at this point as they reliably fail when it counts most. The fact that Graham appears to be willing to put his re-election on the line should he fail to get Barrett up for a vote before the election just shows how much the DS (which isn't solely composed of Democrats) is fighting Trump, and does not want him to succeed.

He’s said, each time, that he expects her to be moved out of Committee on Oct. 22.

I want her confirmed too, but nothing has changed in the timeline.
