Did you experience a loss of sense of smell & taste? I understand that is common enough and sometimes comes out of the blue as a first symptom.
I think the brain fog you describe is common enough also, as are some nasty headaches.
As I said, it does bizarre things and is kind of like a tornado in how it affects diff people - a tornado can totally destroy a house and yet it can also lift up a lamb from a field and gently out it down a mile.

I never really lost my taste or smell but my wife who also got it still hasn’t got her taste or smell.
True different for everyone but all I can say it’s something like none other and it doesn’t feel natural. The foggy brain just lingers on and on like a hangover that never ends.
