Nobody knows quite what to expect.
Knowing The Donald (as I think I do) Hope’s diagnosis might even be a smoke screen that will allow the president to get other matters in order at his own pace. This will put pressure on Uncle Joe to come out into the sunlight a little more often. The public will demand it.
There will be the Vice Presidential debate.

He mentioned this a few times on Hannity tonight...and it immediately made me think he may know already. Hope he’s not having any symptoms.
Why does he need to quarantine if he can be immediately tested to see if he’s been exposed? I don’t think this makes sense medically.

First, if he tests positive over the next couple of days, he'll be fine and back to work. Or if they want to be cautious, he can do everything via zoom. Even if he tests positive, if he's not seriously ill, he can still do everything via zoom, even the debates.
It’s okay, just hope they both test negative and he can stay healthy. It’s not campaigning you need to worry about but a positive test result causing POTUS to get sick.
The media will have a field day “See, all those rallies with no masks” blah blah
