Here's how Biden wants Commission on Presidential Debates to change format: Move would put moderator in control of who can talk.

Tuesday night's presidential debate was, by most accounts, a train wreck.

Aside from where viewers stand politically, the debate was marred by the two candidates endlessly interrupting each other. Then the moderator lost control, and chaos reigned.

The Commission for Presidential Debates (CPD) on Tuesday announced that the next debates will feature a new format, saying details would be released soon.

"Last night's debate made clear that additional structure should be added to the format of the remaining debates to ensure a more orderly discussion of the issues," the CPD said in a statement. "The CPD will be carefully considering the changes that it will adopt and will announce those measures shortly."

Liberals make up the rules. Good little Conservatives try to figure out how to adapt to the made-up rules. Then rules beget rules, then Conservatives try to figure out how to adapt to the new rules. We never learn.

Well shouting over each other doesn’t seem to work.

Moderator: “Vice President Biden what did you have for breakfast”?”

VPB: “I had blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.”

Moderator: “Mr Trump, what do you think of the nuclear treaty with North Korea, given that they can hit he us with their hydrogen bombs, and the American public has no bomb shelters on your watch?”

POTUS: “There is no” ... (moderator hits mute button).

Moderator: “Mr. Trump, we will not allow you to spread falsehoods since the American public deserves the truth.”

Moderator: “Vice President Biden, what do you think about Mr. Trumps’ answer to the North Korean problem?”

VPB: “I had blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Furthermore, I had a nice bunch of fries for lunch and my dog has fleas; Jill will take care of it like I told her.”

Moderator: “Excellent answer Mr. Vice President Biden!”

You underestimate Trump’s ability to adapt. Biden is the one who can’t adapt.

I'm afraid that the moderator will just let Biden spill his lies, and Trump will spend his whole time refuting them, and not being able to advance his own points.

I’d like to see debate teams of 5 members picked by candidate and a team of moderaters with randomly drawn submitted questions and respondents on timed 5 minute mics giving the candidate a 1 minute follow up for final clarification. Trump, Limbugh, Plante, Rudy, Gingrich.spread the wealth around debating.

It should be that way. Too bad we have a media that has ignored the name-calling by Biden.
