My Dad,an outstanding...and thoroughly decent...man became quite confused as he reached his mid 80s. Because of failing physical,and mental,health we had to put him in a nursing home when he was 87.While there he would occasionally do (and say) inappropriate,and embarrassing,things to female staff members.

But he,unlike Plugs,was approaching 90...never did *anything* like that until his mid 80s...and had been diagnosed with a degenerative brain disorder.

My 94 year old uncle was in a large assisted living center. Every year he was there 1-3 men on average would be kicked out for fondling or sexual assaulting the female staff. These men still had all their faculties.

Most likely they did this when they were younger as well.
