For Florida in 2016, 2.558 million registered Democrats voted early and 2.471 million registered Republicans voted early. Democrats had an early vote advantage in 2016 and will have an early vote advantage in 2020. But Trump still won in 2016.

"I wonder what the end will be of the discussion of the wire he was wearing. How will it affect the next debate?"

Folks, I think we need to let this go. If biden had a wire and he could actually listen to someone talking to him and pay attention to what was going on in the room and possibly even be answering a question while listening to the wire he would not need a wire.

Just go through a fast food drive thru and have someone giving you an order on the phone while at the same time talking to the fast food speaker and see how you sound.

almost no one can do this and it not be obvious. Even the best pro news anchors appear distracted when the producer is talking to them on their earpiece. It's obvious to everyone and can't be hidden. Folks biden was not being told what to say in real time.

“Early surge of Democrat voting worries GOP”

As long as they only vote once...oh wait, wrong universe again.

I was thinking the wire was there for medical reasons, not communication reasons.

People voting is good.

If they are not legit, we should have poll workers checking them.

It is pretty simple.

This is not complicated—Dems are more likely to be afraid of Covid and therefore in person voting...

Democrats are more likely than Republicans to watch and believe the fake news. They’re more likely to be living in fear of C19 and more likely to stay locked down for in-person voting. (one explanation I’ve seen and makes sense imo)

"In North Carolina and Georgia, for instance, one in five voters who have already cast ballots didn't even vote in 2016 ..."

So 20% are from people registered to vote, but that didn't vote (at least) in 2016. Just like what would happen if someone else fraudulently requested and voted a ballot for someone else, hoping the victimized voter wouldn't notice.

Close, but incorrect. This 20% fall into two categories: 1) they were registered to vote in 2016 and did NOT vote in the 2016 election; or, 2) They registered to vote AFTER the 2016 election. I am mainly focusing on N. Carolina #s. This 20% number is meaningless at this time. Actually, although Rs have submitted far less mail-in requests, their “new voter” number is closer to 25%. We need at least one more week to draw firmer conclusions.

Surprising that in North Carolina as of today only 3% of registered blacks have voted, while 4.4% of registered whites have. I would have thought that since Dems are pushing voting by mail the groups that usually heavily support Dems would be ahead in the returned mail ballots.

Bort above is right.

Also this: “Additionally, younger voters are a much smaller share of the voters who have already cast ballots so far than was the case overall in 2016 - leading him to believe that most young people, the majority of whom will support Biden, will vote much closer to Nov. 3 or on Election Day itself.”

No. They won’t be voting in the same numbers.

Oh, also the oldsters have been scared to death by the DemoKKKrats and are voting heavily by mail.

Just because they are DemoKKKrats doesn’t mean they are voting DemoKKKrat. ESPECIALLY if they never voted before. This was exactly what we saw in PA in 2016.

And nobody listened.

In 2016, MacDonald was singing the “early voting trends greatly favor a Clinton victory” all the way to the grave. I hate his spin.

"Biden backers are more enthusiastic about their candidate than those backing Trump," says one analyst......
<><> "huge numbers of Democrats have requested mail-in ballots,"
<><> "are filling them out quickly, and,"
<><> "have already turned them in weeks before the election."

So where are all these "enthusiastic" Biden voters when Biden has campaign events in their towns?

A Biden campaign event in a liquor store parking lot. Six people show up to hear Jill speak.
Where are the party regulars? The elected locals...the people expected to get the vote out?

This story is so bogus.....there is no enthusiasm at the grassroots level for Biden.

The Dems are working overtime, putting a false face on orchestrated voter fraud.

Biden "won" the debate so throngs of "enthusiastic" admirers greeted Biden and Jill the next day.

Love the “DO NOT SEAT YOURSELF ENTER THROUGH SIDE DOOR” sign.

Pathetic.
