There is a HUGE difference between filing a lawsuit then settling with a media dinosaur that blatantly and repeatedly defamed him, and the Democrat Vice-Presidential Candidate... who has more levels of legal protection than a US Nuclear weapons facility (probably more). BEST case scenario, they file a suit and something happens in a year or two (that is, if Biden loses. If he somehow steals the election, absolutely nothing will ever come of this).
Maybe. Biden/Harris are deep pockets. This is a loser for them in many political sectors.
The more publicity on the case, the better for Kyle Rittenhouse,the worse for Biden/Harris because the facts are so lopsided in his favor.
