I think Dan Bongino’s perspective today had it about right. Trump did exactly as he planned.... go after Biden and Wallace to fire up his base. This is a base turnout election, not one where you go for the squishy middle. Trump remains the apex predator, while forcing Biden to repudiate issues on the left and dodge mainstream issues.
